Yep. I tripped again today and I have to send everyone pics of my latest adventure.So there I was walking home after a fabulous meal at Manhatten. Traffic was so bad I actually didn't jay walk. So I'm walking through a parking lot. Don't know how it happened, it just did.
I landed on both knees and fell toward my left side and even got to scrape my left elbow. And I slid a bit before I was through. I tried to get up but then I got a cramp in both legs.
I couldn't get up so easily as I had before. I used my cane to help me get up and eventually got on my feet and slowly walked the longest block ever to get home.
Sad but true. My dinner was starting to come up but I was able to wait until I got home to throw up part of dinner. Then I started to come back to earth.
